How to Request Deletion of Your Account and Data

Players have the right to request deletion of their personal data collected through our Services.

You can request deletion of your account and personal data in the following ways:

1. From within the jumpON app:

  • Go to Profile

  • Select “Edit Profile”

  • Select “DELETE ACCOUNT” 

Follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your account and associated data.
 

2. By contacting us:

We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations that may require us to retain certain information.

 

Please note:

  • Some data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

  • Backup copies may remain for a limited period.
